Ease Back into Your Schedule

As you are released by the surgeon to get back to your normal activities, ease back to your life.

If you aren’t quite ready to go back to work, discuss staying home a little while longer or going back to work on a part time basis first.

Take frequent breaks during the day – even at work. You will be fatigued. Prepare for it!

Ease back into your physical exercise – walking further and further each day to prepare for that normal 3 mile trek.

Ease back into your schedule – carefully!

And don’t forget this abdominal binder

We know you are scurrying around looking for everything you might need for your hysterectomy recovery.
